Leather is a very peculiar material, one not too easy to work with and valorize, especially in smaller formats. I realized the first jewels mainly with scraps, superimposing relief carvings on them in the attempt to recreate reflections evoking darkened metal. Encouraged by the first results, I carefully selected arabesque designs and semiprecious stones, in order to best exalt the warm and soft colors of this material. Leather creations constitute a small portion of my artisan production, albeit one of the most important from the point of view of innovation and experimentation.
